Quick Start & Download Tutorial

Your purchased items are ready for retrieval immediately after payment validation. To fetch them, open a web browser (e.g., Safari, Chrome) and navigate to your Etsy account. You can find your downloads inside the Purchases section of your Etsy profile at any time.

1. Configuring & Downloading from Google Drive

Start by opening the PDF receipt you received from Etsy. Click on the link marked “CLICK HERE TO CUSTOMIZE & DOWNLOAD YOUR PLANNER” to access our setup wizard, select your preferred options, and access the file from Google Drive.

✓ Adjust your planner configuration (preferred language, layout, theme, and start day of the week).
✓ Click the “Download Now” button. Your custom planner PDF will download automatically from Google Drive.
✓ Allow the browser download to finish. If prompted, select 'Download' to approve.
✓ Once saved, you can access your customized planner directly from your device's Files application.

2. Opening Your Planner in GoodNotes

✓ Launch the default Files app on your tablet and locate your downloaded planner.
✓ Tap on the file, then press the Share icon.
✓ Select 'Open in GoodNotes' from the list of apps.
✓ Choose 'Import as New Document' to add it to your library.

This planner is fully compatible with other note-taking software. Simply tap the Share button, select your preferred application (e.g., Notability, Penly), and import the document.

3. Activating Smart Apple Shortcuts (iOS)

To enable interactive calendar integrations directly from your planner tabs, use the “Shortcut Download Link” within your PDF receipt to configure our custom iCloud Apple Shortcut.

3.1. Shortcut Integration Steps

Tap the “Shortcut Download Link” to load the preset in your Shortcuts app. Click 'Set Up Shortcut', choose your note application, and finalize the setup. This links the custom triggers in your planner to your calendar and reminder apps.

3.2. Recommended Apps

For the best experience, ensure that Apple Shortcuts, Calendar, Reminders, and Google Calendar apps are installed and up to date on your iPad or iPhone. (You only need to install the calendar software you actively intend to use).

3.3. Enabling Private Sharing

Open your iPad/iPhone Settings > Apps > Shortcuts, and toggle the 'Private Sharing' setting on. You can safely turn this option back off after the shortcut installation is complete.

*Note: The calendar integration serves as an event creator trigger. Events do not automatically sync back visually inside your PDF planner.

*Important: Please keep the imported shortcut's name exactly as is. Modifying the name will break the connection with your planner hyperlinks.
